Taylor Szajna, Spain
I had an absolutely unforgettable time interning abroad in Barcelona! This experience gave me a valuable, real-world perspective on my industry and what it's like to work in an international, culturally diverse workplace. Throughout the internship, I grew both personally and professionally, and I know I will carry the lessons I learned with me as I graduate from college. One of my favorite parts was taking weekend trips to Mallorca, Andorra, Nice, Monaco, Lisbon, Morocco, Paris, and London. The highlight of my summer was riding camels and ATVs and sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert, which is an experience I will never forget. I also deeply cherish the friendships I built with my coworkers, who even surprised me with a birthday cake for my 21st, making the experience feel incredibly special. Overall, my time abroad was truly unforgettable and life-changing!
