Alexandria Welsch, Netherlands
I taught at an International school with the Maastricht program. I was asked at the very beginning of my stay from an eight year old, "how many languages do you speak?" The young child I was conversing with was fluent in four different languages. This child, and month, opened my eyes to how diverse our world truly is and the power of coming together.
