Get involved in student affairs, -Be a part of something bigger than myself, -The community involved with the Student Senate, -I want to help students and their voices to be heard, -I want to help engage the student body and have more options for students, -I Believe I can confidently help the student senate and the whole student body, -The biggest reason is that I want to join student senate is to make everyone have the ability to get help in whatever they choose to do.
Candidate Bio
Hi, my name is Sam Schwallier; I will be a sophomore in Fall 2024. I am
currently pursuing a degree in computer science with two minors. I am
super excited at the prospect of being in the student senate. A lot of
good goes on in the student senate, and I would be a great addition and
voice to help the student body more if I were voted in. I want to make a
difference, whether in the lives of fellow students, advocating for
better facilities, more events on campus, or addressing social issues.
I'm passionate about these things and would be an excellent fit for the
student senate. Thank you for taking time.
