Candidate Bio
My name is Olivia Robach and I am a resident assistant, student
employee, and full time student here at Grand Valley. I am currently a
second year student pursuing a BachelorĂ½s in Science in Political
Science and a minor in International Business. My performance in my
studies has led me to be an invited member of the Pi Sigma Alpha
National Political Science Honors Society. My goal is to utilize my
passion for political science to promote positive change on campus. As a
persistent and motivated member of the GVSU community and through my
roles on campus, I have gained insight and knowledge to recognize how
the diversity of our campus comes with a diversity of concerns and
issues facing students. I believe that being a member of the Student
Senate will be an amazing opportunity to foster my passion for advocacy
in the betterment of student life. If elected, I will use my membership
to uphold a mission of inclusion, empowerment, and support while working
alongside my peers in the Student Senate, as well as having the honor to
advocate for all students to promote the change they want to see.
