Outcome ADV-A Graduation Requirements

Brooks majors will effectively meet graduation requirements.
Objective 1 Students are able to appropriately complete courses necessary to meet the general education requirements.
Objective 2 Students are able to appropriately complete courses necessary to meet the university requirements.
Objective 3 Students are able to appropriately complete courses necessary to meet their major requirements.

Outcome ADV-B New Student Registration

FTIAC students declaring Brooks majors at FYAR have accurate and appropriate schedules for their first year.
Objective 1 Each FTIAC student has an appropriate schedule prior to the start of their first semester.

Outcome ADV-C Co-Curricular Peer Mentor Program

LIB 100 students increase sense of belonging and strengthen connection between co-curricular and classroom experiences by participating in co-curricular peer mentor program.
Objective 1 LIB 100 students are better able to articulate connections between co-curricular events and classroom content after participating in the service learning experience offered through the co-curricular peer mentor program.
Objective 2 LIB 100 students are better able to articulate connections between co-curricular events and classroom content after participating in the hosted co-curricular events offered through the co-curricular peer mentor program.
Objective 3 LIB 100 students feel a sense of belonging at GVSU after participating in the co-curricular peer mentor program.
Objective 4 Peer mentors increase their interpersonal leadership skills, including effective group facilitation and ability to respond to group dynamics.

Brooks majors and minors will increase their participation in study abroad programs.
Objective 1 Brooks majors and minors increase their participation in study abroad programs, including faculty-led, partnership, non-GVSU and internship programs.
