Outcome PNA CDPE 2 Public and Nonprofit Administration, BA/BS - Community Development & Planning Emphasis

Students will be able to provide historical background and growth in community development. In addition, students will be able to illustrate the use of community development in urban, rural and suburban America.
Objective 40 (Undergraduate) • Develop a clear understanding of the purpose of leadership, the ethical dimensions of leadership and the relationship between leaders and followers

Students were able to develop their own definition of leadership. At times, students didn't agree on other students definitions of leadership. However, to the student's credit they were able to have open dialogue and communication to discuss their peers reasoning and rationale for their definition of leadership.
