Outcome 4 Employment

Over a five-year period, at least 80% of the graduates who seek employment will be employed in dietetics-related positions within 12 months of completing the program.
Objective 25 Students seeking dietetic-reacted employment will be successfully hired within 12 months of graduation.

Outcome 5 Competency in Employment

During the first year of employment, 100% of employers will assess graduates as competent as compared to other entry-level dietitians (rating of at least a ¾ on employer survey).

Outcome 6 Community Service

Over a five-year period, 60% of graduates will indicate on the alumni survey that they have participated in at least one community service activity during the past year.
Objective 27 Students will be active in their community during their first five years post-grad with at least 60% reporting community participation.

Outcome 7 Leadership

Over a five-year period, 50% of the graduates will indicate on an alumni survey that they have served the profession of dietetics in a leadership position including tasks such as committee work (involving food and nutrition) and/or serving as a preceptor.
Objective 28 Students will seek out leadership positions in the professional practice of dietetics with at least 50% reporting a leadership position in their first five years post-grad.

Outcome CD 1 Class grades as indication of mastery

Students will be assessed in a variety of different ways to evaluate accreditation competencies.
Objective 2 All didactic CD courses are passed with a 85% or better. All supervised practice courses are passed with a score 4/5.
