Outcome HR-1 Understand and apply the theoretical concepts and practices of the primary areas of human resource management including employment law, staffing, training, rewards, and performance management, and employee relations

Objective 1 Students should be able to demonstrate general knowledge of staffing, training, rewards, performance management, and employee relations. They should demonstrate basic application of this information through short cases or exercises

2021 Status
In this second round of assessment, student performance exceeded the established threshold. Between 81% to 89% of the students were able to answers all questions correctly on the assessment test.
