Measure 1

2017 Status

100% of our students were found to be proficient

Measure 3

2018 Status
Achieved
students are generally performing at a high level (developing or proficient) however we found that our assessment of student's ability to understand and promote the most effective technologies to support teaching and learning in a school environment to be between threshold and target (86%). As a result, we have begun to embed best practices for k12 principals in the course structure in 2 ways: showing the latest trends and apps that could be beneficial for instructional staff and then requiring candidates to model the use of the application.

Outcome Ed.L.-B Educational Leadership - Management and Supervision

Educational Leadership students will promote the success of every K-12 student by ensuring the management of the school organization, operation, and resources through monitoring and evaluating the school management and operational systems through the analysis and revision of a faculty handbook.
Objective 3 90% of the Educational Leadership students will analyze and modify a school building level faculty handbook to address management and operations, school safety, leadership distribution, and protecting and enhancing instructional time.

Measure 1

2017 Status
Not Yet Achieved
85% of our students were found to be proficient as opposed to the target goals of 90%. We believe this is due to the unfamiliarity of the assessment and new faculty teaching the course.

Educational leadership students will collect and analyze information
pertinent to improvement of the school’s educational environment and create a sustainable plan to promote an understanding, appreciation, and use of diverse cultural, social, and intellectual resources within the school community including both internal and external stakeholders.
