Outcome Ed.L.S.-A Educational Leadership Specialist - Acting with integrity and in an ethical manner (725)

The student will apply his/her knowledge to promote the success of every student by acting with integrity, fairness, and in an ethical manner to ensure a district system of accountability for every student’s academic and social success evaluating the potential moral and legal consequences of decision making in the district; and promoting social justice.
Objective 6 90% of our Educational Leadership Specialist students will demonstrate content knowledge of mandates and the legal rights of various constituencies within the school district ensuring ethical decision-making.

Summer of 2019 assessment data showed that these adjustments bore fruit with increases in proficiency rates for standard 5 (63% to 87%) and standard 6 (94% to 100%). Plans are to build on these adjustments for further student success.

Outcome Ed.L.S.-B Educational Leadership Specialist - District Communication Plan (720)

The student will promotes the success of every student by collaborating with faculty and community members, responding to diverse community interests
and needs, and mobilizing community resources for the district by collecting and analyzing information pertinent to improvement of the district’s educational environment by building and sustaining positive district relationships with families and caregivers.
Objective 5 90% of our Educational Leadership Specialist students will demonstrate proficiency in conducting a needs assessment, exploring a solution and presenting the findings in a District Communication plan.

Outcome Ed.L.S.-C Educational Leadership Specialist - District Culture (770)

The student will apply his/her knowledge to promote the success of every student by sustaining a district culture conducive to collaboration, trust, and a personalized learning environment with high expectations for students.
Objective 7 90% of our Educational Leadership Specialist students will put theory into action through examining a district or organizational culture and proposing strategies and action for improvement.
