Outcome SLP M.S. 4 Knowledge of Intervention Practices

Students will demonstrate knowledge of scientifically-based intervention practices for domains of communication disorders.
Objective 1 Students will demonstrate knowledge of scientifically-based intervention practices for speech sound disorders

Students will demonstrate knowledge and application of speech-language pathology assessment procedures.
Students will:
- select speech-language pathology assessment instruments as measured by alignment with the characteristics of the communication and/or swallowing disorder
- demonstrate administration and scoring of speech-language pathology assessment instruments as measured by accurate alignment with published procedures
-analyze and interpret assessment instrument data as measured by demonstrated knowledge of communication and/or swallowing disorders

All students scored a 92 % or better on the 100 point examination. Average score was 99.1%. Fall 2017: For 32 students the distribution of scores was as follows: 100/100 (25); 98/100 (3); 96/100 (1); 95/100 (2), 92/100 (1); Letter grades distributed as follows: A = 96%; A- = 4%.
