Research Interests

My research examines how language experience shapes cognitive development, with a focus on early literacy, auditory processing, and neurodiversity across diverse linguistic and educational contexts. Using experimental, longitudinal, and community-engaged methods, I investigate how real-world school experiences influence children’s cognitive development. Ultimately, my work aims to identify mechanisms of learning and translate them into evidence-based, inclusive educational practices that support diverse learners.
