Research Interests
My research broadly focuses on the experiences of autistic individuals, with my two most recent studies examining suicidality among autistic college students and the perspectives of autistic K–12 students in peer support contexts. I use a range of methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and applied research approaches, to inform the development of more inclusive and responsive supports. I also provide applied learning opportunities for undergraduate students by involving them in facilitating a young adult social group for individuals who are autistic.
