Research Interests

My research examines how gender and race shape women’s experiences in organizations, with a focus on harassment, workplace climate, and cross-racial dynamics among women. Using advanced quantitative analyses (e.g., experimentation, SEM, and latent profile analysis), I investigate questions such as: How do workplace climates influence gendered and racialized evaluations of women? When do feedback and allyship efforts from women across racial groups promote or hinder collegiality? This work integrates social psychological theory with applied organizational contexts to identify mechanisms of bias and inform interventions that improve well-being, collaboration, and success at work.
