Research Interests
My research is centered on work aligned with the START Project, a large-scale, statewide grant funded by the Michigan Department of Education Office of Special Education for the past 25 years. Through this project, we support school-based staff working with autistic students and those with other neurodevelopmental differences. My specific scholarship focuses on synthesizing and applying research related to evidence-based strategies for professional learning and coaching with adults, early intervention, peer-based interventions, and the integration of behavioral science principles and practices in school settings.
