Why I Joined PSSDC:
Working in a regional or off-campus role can often feel isolating, which motivated me to seek out meaningful ways to stay connected to campus and to others who share in the same day-to-day work. Being physically removed can make it challenging to stay informed and engaged, but my involvement with the PSS Development Committee has allowed me to build a strong network of colleagues I can turn to for support, collaboration, and guidance when questions arise for me or my team.
My Goal for PSSDC:
My vision for PSSDC is to create meaningful, engaging experiences that empower GVSU support staff to build lasting connections, discover their potential, and grow with confidence—so they can clearly see themselves thriving and building a fulfilling future at GVSU.
