Why I Joined PSSDC: As a new PSS, I felt disconnected from others in roles similar to mine. I wanted to make connections with others and offer my perspective as a new hire.
My Goal for PSSDC: I would like this committee to be the first stop for various stakeholders around the university to provide quality professional development for all PSS at the university.
