Where can I find the membership application form?

Enrollment is online. In February, letters will be emailed to invited students, which will contain a link for enrollment.

I meet the criteria for membership but have not received an invitation. Who do I contact?

Are there meetings and service requirements to maintain membership in the organization?

There are no meetings or service requirements necessary to maintain membership in the organization other than the annual membership fee. If you are interested in service opportunities, you may view available opportunities at https://www.phikappaphi.org/
