Pre-Survey Communication details
- Oct/Nov 2023 – briefings with UAS, Provost's Cabinet, unit heads
- End of Nov 2023 – mass communication to Academic Affairs from the president, provost, UAS leaders
- Jan 2024, first week of class – brief reminder to faculty
- After Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Week (Jan. 15-20) to mid-February – messages to all faculty, unit heads, Provost's Cabinet
- During the administration of the survey (mid-Feb to Apr), GVSU can send out general reminders, but COACHE will send out reminders to those who have not completed the survey, per IRB regulations.
- GVSU expects to receive the diagnostic report from COACHE during summer 2024.
