When you register, you will need:
- Your contact information and your teacher's contact information.
- If interested in performing in a Solo Masterclass, information on your repertoire selection (please prepare a 2-4 minute piece or a 2-4 minute excerpt from a piece).  If you'd like to get feedback on a longer piece, please indicate it on the form, and I would be happy to meet for a complimentary mini lesson. 
- If interested in performing in the Final Concert, information on your repertoire selection as well as a recording of your performance of that piece.  It does not have to be a fancy (high-quality) recording - I just need to know that you are ready to perform the piece.  It should be performed from memory, but if the piece is not yet memorized and you would still like to perform, please email me. 
- You can pay the fee with a credit card or send a check to GVSU.
