KYPE Presentation by Marco A. Davis
Marco A. Davis is the Deputy Director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics. He helps carry out President Obama's efforts to improve the academic achievement of the nation's Hispanic students.
Deputy Davis will discuss the challenges Latin@ students face in education, what is being done in Washington to meet these challenges, and what the education system is doing to appeal and retain Latin@ students in the classroom.
