Biography
Chris received his Bachelor of Music from Grand Valley with an emphasis in classical guitar performance. He was then awarded a graduate assistantship at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, OH where he received his Master of Music. At CCM, Chris studied under the renowned guitar pedagogue Clare Callahan and played in masterclasses for artists such as Oscar Ghiglia, Aniello Desiderio, and Marc Teicholz. In addition to his work with Grand Valley, Chris maintains an active schedule as a freelance musician and guitar teacher.
