Alexander Goodreau
Alexander Goodreau began his dance training at the age of 15 in Detroit, MI, where he danced competitively and was recognized on the regional and national level for his solowork. In 2012, Alex was accepted into Grand Valley State University's Department of Music and Dance on scholarship. While earning Bachelor's degrees in Dance and Public Relations, he had the opportunity to collaborate and work with various guest artists including Rebecca Lemme, Eddy O'Campo, Mike Esperanza, and Josh Manculich. Alex moved to Chicago in 2017 to pursue a professional performance career and has danced with Dance in the Parks, AJA Talents, Fun Girl Dance Co., Alma Dance Theater and danced as a Senior Company Member with Chicago Repertory Ballet for six seasons. He has recently had his choreographic work featured at The Choreography Project, Bodies of Water Dance Festival and Grand Valley State University.
