Biography:

Dr. Olcay has over 15 years of experience in academic teaching at various universities, including Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Southern Methodist University, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Dogus University, and Yeditepe University. He also has more than 4 years of industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, oil and gas, aviation, hydraulic power systems, and consulting.
