Laptop Request

Financial Aid, Information Technology, and Student Accounts have partnered to provide an affordable laptop option for all GVSU students. Laptops will come with 3 year warranties, specs for each laptop will be similar or better than the following:

Dell Latitude 5400 Intel Core I5 8th Gen
14" Screen with integrated Webcam
16GB RAM, 256GB SSD
Windows 10/11 Pro x64

3 Year 'No Questions Asked' Warranty including one-time replacement for accidental damage.

Quantity of laptops available is limited. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first served basis.

Payment Options

During this pilot program, the laptop purchase price of $550 will be added to your student account. This total price includes the laptop, charger, warranty, and sales tax.

I agree to have this charge added to my student account. By placing this charge on my student account, I accept full to pay this charge and acknowledge this is included in the financial responsibility agreement that I acknowledged for my Student Account. I further understand and agree that my acceptance of these terms constitutes a promissory note agreement. If my financial aid is cancelled, I am responsible for all remaining charges on my account.  If any portion of my account remains unpaid after the due date, I am responsible for any related late fees (12% annually).
