Responsibilities
Oversees technology operations college-wide; ensures appropriate services are available; and responds to user requests for services needed.

Manages and provides leadership and guidance to faculty and staff regarding software applications; ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and in alignment with university and college expectations.

Provides leadership for effective evaluation models, methods, and systems, in the context of internal and external requirements and in consideration of formative and summative evaluation.

Oversees KCON data systems and responds to requests for data or information related to the college from internal and external sources.

Works with KCON faculty to ensure that appropriate instructional technologies are available; assists faculty in the selection, acquisition, evaluations, and application of instructional materials.
