Morgan Hamlin works as an Information Security Analyst at Grand Valley State University. She focuses on endpoint security, incident response, and finding ways to make cybersecurity more approachable. Her passion is helping people get started in cybersecurity, whether that’s students, colleagues, or anyone just curious about tech.

Outside of work, she’s active on LinkedIn with 69,000 followers. She likes sharing career advice, practical security tips, and connecting with others in the field. Morgan is also on the Executive Board for WiCyS(Women in Cybersecurity) for Michigan, and encourages supporting efforts to bring more diversity into cybersecurity.
