Required for All New Students
All new international students are required to complete 4 forms that must be submitted before the first week of class. All 4 forms are required for immigration reporting and to create Social Security Application packets.

In order to report your arrival to USCIS, we must collect your immigration documents.

- If you do not yet have an address or do not know it, please use the Padnos International Center address:

- Port of Entry is the first city through which you entered the US.
For example, if you are flying Beirut to Paris, Paris to Chicago, Chicago to Grand Rapids, Chicago (CHI) would be your Port of Entry because it is the first city you came to when entering the US.
