Fall 2026 | Off-Campus Airport Transportation

Any international students who are starting their first semester at GVSU this August, are eligible for our move-in service. Students must arrive to the Grand Rapids, Gerald R Ford Airport [GRR] on the designated arrival date and during the designated times which are as follows:

August 21-23, 2026
11am - 6pm

From the airport, we can drop students living off-campus at 3 different locations (Pew Campus, Allendale Campus, Meijer supermarket in Standale). We are not able to drive off-campus students to their apartments.

International Student Orientation is mandatory for all first semester International Students and takes place August 24-25.
The latest first semester international students can join GVSU is Septmeber 4. If you will be arriving any later than this, please contact Admissions at [email protected] to defer to a later semester.

When do you plan to arrive to GVSU, if not on our designated arrival day? *
