Travel Signature (J-1)

A valid travel endorsement on your DS-2019 (page 1) is required for re-entry to the United States after international travel.

Please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your travel plans. You will need to upload your DS-2019 that you entered the US with. Once you receive your travel endorsed DS-2019, please print it and keep your original DS-2019 for your records.

Processing Time: DS-2019 signatures are expected to take about 1 week (5 business days) to process.
