1. Talk to your professors in your program to find out who your Faculty Champion is and meet with them about getting the badge.
2. Email the IPE Coordinator to be added to the Badge Bb Site at [email protected] to be added to the Badge Blackboard site.
3. Apply for the Badge in Banner. Go to Banner self-service, click on Student, then Student Records, and then Add a Badge to your Program. Select the Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Badge.
4. Once you’ve added the Badge to your record and are in the Blackboard site, you will work with the IPE Coordinators and Faculty Champions to complete all requirements, which include:
   1. Completing learning modules successfully
   2. Attending at least 6 IPE/C events
   3. Completing the approved course for your discipline with a B- or better
   4. Completing a Summative/Capstone Experience
5. Submitting your Badge Audit Request to [email protected], with your faculty champion and the IPE Coordinator cc’d. Once approved, you will see the IPC Badge on your transcript.
