This event is free to attend.
The RSVP deadline has passed for this event.
Families of all faiths are invited to take part in We Remember, the sixth annual community interfaith memorial, which will be held virtually. Join us virtually in remembering all those we loved with an evening of music, reflection, prayer, and discussion.
The annual event will offer a 45-minute memorial service, streamed on Facebook and YouTube, followed by a 45-minute live discussion group via Zoom.
The service will feature music, reflection, prayer and poetry from various traditions. The live discussion will offer large group and chat-room style spaces to virtually connect with others under the facilitation of bereavement counselors.
Upon registration, attendees will be sent information to access the memorial service and live Zoom discussion.
This celebration of the lives of our loved ones is collaboratively coordinated by Emmanuel Hospice, Faith Hospice, Grace Hospice, Heartland Hospice, Hospice of Michigan, Kindred Hospice, and Spectrum Health Hospice.
This event also received coordinating support from the Center for Inquiry, Dominican Center at Marywood, Instruments of Hope, Baha'i Community of Grand Rapids, Kaufman Interfaith Institute, and The First Islamic Center of West Michigan.
All are welcome at this free event.
