GVSU signs new agreement with University of Sunshine Coast

President Thomas J. Haas and Greg Hill, vice chancellor of the University of Sunshine Coast (USC) in Australia, signed a new five-year agreement to extend the partnership between the two universities. The signing took place November 15 during a ceremony at USC, located in Sippy Downs, near Queensland's capital of Brisbane.

GVSU to test alert system Nov. 3

Grand Valley will be testing the GVSUAlert! system Friday, November 3, at noon. The test will include the outdoor tornado siren system and the outdoor public address system on the Allendale Campus. All Grand Valley students, faculty and staff members will receive a test message by email; those who signed up for text and phone notifications will also receive the test message via those methods.
