'Ask the Experts' event answers health questions

Grand Valley State University's Health and Wellness team is hosting a free event, Ask the Experts. The event  brings together a combination of Grand Valley's own health experts, including Campus Recreation’s certified personal trainers, a nutritionist, Nursing and Movement Science faculty, and more.

Ask the Experts is open to all GVSU students, faculty and staff, and will take place in Allendale on September 18 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center room 1104. It will take place in Grand Rapids on October 2 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. at the DeVos building in room 303C.

“It’s going to be a great program for our campus,” says Panel member Jocelyn Root. “It will give everyone the opportunity to learn about easy changes that can improve your health and overall wellness.”
