GVSU Health & Wellness

To help make work and life meaningful and fulfilling for all of our faculty and staff, we've created our unique Health and Wellness program. 

Health and Wellness covers three distinct yet interconnected areas of work-related topics: Wellness, Benefits, and Worklife. 

We believe that when people are able to integrate those three subjects, they are able to live brighter, more balanced lives both at work and at home.
