The Office of Energy and Sustainability at the City of Grand Rapids is seeking an intern to assist the Energy and Sustainability Director with various duties and tasks. Job functions include but are not limited to: drafting documents as directed, ensuring progress reports are updated, preparing presentations, presenting information to large groups such as City Commission, and researching best practices and plans related to energy management, sustainability, and resiliency. Preference will be given to candidates with strong public administration, policy and government background, with strong technical ability and analytical skills.
