50 years of telling faculty and staff stories
This year marks the 50th volume of Forum newsletters and 50 years of sharing university news and updates that faculty and staff need to know.
To help mark the occasion, the Forum website has been updated to improve story organization and the presentation of photos and videos. Grand Valley's rich history of stories remains accessible via the Forum archives.
We are excited to introduce a recurring feature thanks to a partnership with the Lemmen Library and Archives. Today's issue marks the beginning of "From the Archives," short notes that highlight rare books, digital archives and other treasures found within the collections at Seidman House.
Another update: Faculty and staff can submit items for Sketches (awards, research presentations or publications) via a new web form. This compilation of employee recognition remains a popular feature within the newsletter.
One thing remains constant. We continue to rely on faculty and staff for story ideas. Please send an email to [email protected] with success stories or news from your departments and divisions.
