Description
What is CBYX?
The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young
Professionals (CBYX) is a fellowship funded by the German Bundestag
and U.S. Department of State, that annually provides 75 American young
professionals between the ages of 18½–24 the opportunity to spend one
year in Germany, studying, interning, and living with hosts on a
cultural immersion program.

United States
• Participate in a prestigious fellowship program
abroad
• Improve future hire-ability and build your skill set
• Gain essential cross-cultural navigation skills for a globally
focused future
Who is Eligible to Participate?
• U.S. citizenship
• Between 18½ and 24 years old at the
start of the program in late July
• High school diploma or
equivalent
• Clear career and personal goals
• Prior German
language skills are not required
