West Michigan Health Care Economic Forecast
The Office of the Vice Provost for Health commissions the report, Health Check: Analyzing Trends in West Michigan. The report focuses on health-related trends, costs, and employment projections in the West Michigan area and is released each January at the West Michigan Health Care Economic Forecast event. The study is conducted by economics faculty from Grand Valley's Seidman College of Business.
Each year the event is complemented by a panel of experts which might include health administrators/practitioners, government officials, or industry representatives. Audiences have the opportunity to participate in a Q & A session following the panel presentations.
This event will be offered in a virtual format only. There will be no live attendance.
Participants will be sent welcome e-mail with a link to our landing page to access both the Zoom presentation and publication the day before the event. Event information will be posted to the webpage prior to the event and PowerPoint presentations and event video will be posted to the event website afterward assuming appropriate permissions have been granted.
