Feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of burnout?
You're not alone. In today's demanding work environment, many professionals struggle with chronic stress and its negative effects.
Join us for a candid fireside chat about navigating the challenges of burnout, and discover actionable steps you can take to reclaim your well-being.
We will be joined by Erayna Sargent '05 , Burnout Relief Strategist and Founder & CEO of Hooky Wellness. We will discuss recognizing the signs of burnout, personal strategies to help avoid or alleviate burnout, and needed systemic changes.
This is a virtual workshop for Mental Health Awareness Month. The event is free to attend, but space is limited. RSVP to receive the Zoom link.
