Join our amazing yoga instructor, Ehren Kuzekov, for an hour session of trauma-informed yoga. This type of yoga focuses on buildingresilience to help you work through discomfort, understanding, and gaining comfortability with your inner self. You are welcome to participate in one, several, or all sessions through the month of October, these events are hosted by the Center for Women and Gender Equity in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness month.
