Taking Care of Business - Exploring Business Careers Workshop

“I want to have a career in business, but I'm not quite sure what."

GVSU students - if you've ever thought or uttered the phrase above, then this workshop is for you!

This workshop will explore various career pathways in the business industry, discuss major options, and provide advice for exploring careers. Grab a FREE donut and apple cider to learn more about business careers!

By the end of the workshop, students will be able to identify various career research tools, list ways to gain experience and knowledge about multiple business careers, and brainstorm personalized ways to connect further with business opportunities.

This workshop will take place on Thursday, November 6th from 11:00am-12:30pm in 107D DeVos. If able, please bring a laptop or electronic device to follow along with Katie Cwiakala and Lori Staggs, your career advisors for the Seidman College of Business, Sport Management, and Hospitality and Tourism Management.
