Join a Reach Higher Together Explainer Session!

Grand Valley is co-developing the next phase of its strategic plan – Reach Higher Together – which builds on Reach Higher 2025 and sets the direction for the university through 2030.

As part of this process, the Reach Higher Collaborative Leadership Network (RHCLN) invites students, faculty, and staff to participate in Explainer Sessions designed to share progress and demonstrate how community feedback is informing next steps.

Here’s What to Expect

Learn how community engagement shaped the enhanced commitments
Explore how Academic Affairs is leading the next phase
Preview the enhanced university commitments
Look ahead to winter engagement tied to strategic priorities

These sessions are hosted by the RHCLN and facilitated by Laura Aikens (Vice President for Institutional Advancement) and Jen Drake (Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs), in collaboration with University Academic Senate, Student Senate, and the AP Committee.

Together, we’re shaping a shared roadmap for GVSU’s future – one that reflects the values, ideas, and aspirations of our entire Laker community.
