The Graduate School's PACES Professional Development Program will be hosting several sessions throughout the Winter 2025 semester. Each session will be held via Zoom Webinar and include GVSU Librarians as the subject matter experts.
These sessions will be focused on Library Research Skills.
Session 2: These workshops will help you improve or refresh deep searching skills required to locate and access scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles in the biomedical sciences database PubMed. Science librarians Anna White and Cayla Dwyer will demonstrate how to employ advanced techniques, including keyword and subject heading searching, for more systematic and deeper research. This workshop is helpful to science and health sciences grad students looking to take their literature search skills to the next level.
