OA Meetup #3 - Sledding (CANCELLED)

The Outdoor Adventures (OA) Meetups are a bi-weekly (every other week) social gathering for students who enjoy outdoor and adventure-based activities. It's organized by the Recreation & Wellness Outdoor Adventures program as an opportunity to connect outdoorsy students with one another through local exploration and informal activities. The meetup locations and activities are expected to vary each time. Registration won't normally be necessary unless we have limited resources for the activity or for whatever reason need a headcount.

This Event:

Sunday, February 20
4:30pm - 6:30pm

Join us for some informal sledding action off the back of parking lot D (NE side of campus, N-1 on the Allendale Campus Map). This is a BYO-Sled event. Enthusiastic high-fives will be waiting for anyone with a creative sled that actually moves.

Obviously, this event is dependent upon having adequate snow. Updates will be posted in the Outdoor Adventure Collective Facebook group.

Sunday, March 6, Spring Break!
While not technically planned as a "hangout", we hope you'll consider joining us for one of our two SB offerings. We'll be heading to northern Alabama for a hiking/ camping trip and to northwest Arkansas for a rock climbing trip.
