Effective time management is crucial for graduate students as it allows them to balance their academic work, research, and personal life. With proper time management, students can improve their productivity, reduce stress, achieve a better work-life balance, and advance their careers. In this workshop, we will explore how strengthening beliefs and personality traits can help graduate students optimize their time management skills. We will also provide a range of online resources on time management that students can use to create effective plans and increase their efficiency.
