A two for one discussion by Geology Alumni in Residence Dr. Esther Posner as she shares her journey and career in academic publishing and advice on graduate school. She will discuss what scientific and academic publishing actually involves, the skills that are useful, and practical ways students with a science background can begin exploring this career path. She will also share whether graduate school is the right fit, identifying programs and potential advisors, preparing a strong application, and what graduate school is actually like day to day
