Join Fitness & Wellness as we unwind together with an all-levels yoga class set against the backdrop of a beautiful sunset. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this session is designed to help you de-stress, recharge, and connect with fellow students.

Come take a deep breath, set your intentions, and begin the academic year feeling refreshed and energized!

Who: All students are welcome.

When: Check-in begins at 7:15pm and the Yoga practice begins at 7:30pm

What to Bring: Yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

Cost: FREE
