Join Lakers for Liberty as we kick off the year with fun activities centered around political concepts in a social atmosphere. Participation in discussion is voluntary but highly encouraged as Lakers for Liberty is centered around the core concepts of true freedom for all. Come share your ideas on how we can make a difference in politics and learn about how the organization has made strides to be more engaged within the surrounding community.

Lakers for Liberty was founded a decade ago by students working with the Institute for Humane Studies. These students came to realize that the discussion on campuses across the country neglected the third voice, the voice of liberty. To this day, students are the primary force within the organization. Here at Grand Valley, we work to provide a friendly atmosphere and an alternative voice to traditional or popular campus politics. Come check us out!
