Event Services can help you reserve space in the Kirkhof Center, Cook DeWitt Center, Henry Hall Atrium, Lake Ontario Hall Room 167, and outdoor event areas. In addition to reserving space for your meeting, conference, or performance, we also reserve media equipment for campus events. Located on the main level of the Kirkhof Center, Suite 1110, Event Services is the first place to go when you begin to plan your event. Event Services is part of the Office of Student Life, and you can find more information on the Event Services website.

We are Grand Valley's chapter of the national non-profit organization, Camp Kesem. Our mission is to provide a free week-long summer camp for children who have been affected by a parent's cancer. We work year round to plan, fundraise, and execute this week of camp for these amazing children. To get a taste of what Camp Kesem is, please watch our 2019 Camp video:
